Identity and ecology
Pink Rathian is a subspecies, not a Radiant form. Keep it separate from Radiant Rathian in your notes and when looking up material requirements.
Reading the encounter
Editorial notesThe published threat centers on poisonous tail attacks. Keep the tail in view when circling. Familiarity with the base species does not establish that an opening lasts the same length here.
These are planning prompts inferred from the official description. They are not a tested route, a complete move list or a promise that a particular item will work.
Preparation reference
Editorial notesBefore entering, check the quest description, your available recovery options and the loadout you actually know. A failed attempt is useful if it identifies one specific attack or resource problem to address.
| What to observe | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Attack telegraph and recovery | Find a repeatable safe opening |
| Health lost during one sequence | Separate offense from survival needs |
| Quest and monster form | Avoid mixing different material sources |
Materials and evidence gaps
No weakness chart, break threshold, guaranteed drop or drop percentage is published here. Record the exact quest, rank, monster form and reward screen before concluding that a material comes from a particular action. A single successful hunt cannot establish a probability.
